Master Power Brakes warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year. This warranty is extended only to the first purchaser of any product at retail and who has retained ownership of the vehicle on which the product was originally installed. This warranty does not include any labor or materials not furnished by the manufacturer or any shipping or towing charges. It also does not cover any product repaired or altered in any way, misuse, and/or misapplication of the product. A dated purchase receipt or invoice must be presented with all claims. If DATE CODING is removed from the product, warranty is void. If the product is found to be defective, Master Power Brakes will repair, replace or refund the purchase price at Master Power Brakes sole discretion.
Master Power Brakes will pay all normal ground shipping cost on replacement products when the products returned are found to be defective or unacceptable due to an error on the part of Master Power Brakes.
All warranty replacement or repair privileges are void when a product is modified by anyone other than Master Power Brakes.
Master Power Brakes EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS any liability from DAMAGE TO PERSONS OR PROPERTY AS THE RESULTS OF AN accident.
Master power brakes also EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS any liability for damages caused by its product when used in a competition event.
THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARE DISCLAIMED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
All products found by Master Power Brakes to be non-defective will be returned to the customer.
We are not responsible for labor, loss of use, or any other incidental or consequential damages or expenses of any kind.
This warranty is voided by use of silicone fluid or any other misuse, alteration, improper installation, accident or neglect.
THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, ORAL AND WRITTEN, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you believe it contains an incorrect part, call us immediately. If a part is incorrect and you notify us within 10 days, we will issue an RGA number for identification of the return shipment. Return the part unused in its original factory condition per our instructions together with a copy of the original invoice and we will ship you the correct part by the same method as your original order.
Other orders may be returned within 30 days for credit, refund or exchange subject to the following:
New parts will not be shipped in exchange for returned parts until after we verify compliance with our return policy and you have paid the difference in the full retail price of the exchanged items. If the new parts are less than the returned ones, you will be issued a credit for the difference.
If you want to receive new parts before the returned parts can be processed or even returned, we will ship the parts to you at full price along with applicable freight. Once we receive the returned parts, we will issue the credit for the full price less any freight costs.
Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders are shipped from our Mooresville, North Carolina facility and depending on the ship to location, orders typically arrive to customer’s location in 2 to 5 business days. We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS) by way of standard Ground service. If quicker service is required, those services are available from UPS at a rate consistent with expedited UPS charges. UPS will not ship to a PO Box or an APO.
Despite our best efforts, some items may be out of stock at the time of order and shipment. If items are out of stock when you place your order, they will be placed on backorder and billed and shipped as soon as available, unless you specify otherwise.
Unattended Package Risk
Unless you request otherwise, all orders are shipped as ‘standard delivery’ and the customer assumes all of the risks associated with this method such as theft of goods after delivery. A customer may elect to ship with ‘signature required’ which requires the customer’s signature be given at time of delivery. If a signature is not available, the packages will not be left and the delivery will be re-scheduled. If you require your shipment to be ‘signature required’ please mention this to your salesperson when placing your order. Please note that shipping with ‘signature required’ will result in additional carrier surcharges.
All shipping damage is the responsibility of the carrier. Immediately call us with the invoice number from the package label, and we will be glad to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier. Save all boxes and packaging materials as the carrier may not pay claims without first inspecting them.
Please open and inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you believe you are missing a part, call us immediately. If a part is determined to be missing and you have notified us within 10 days, we'll ship it to you at our cost by the same method as your original order.
