11/32″ Vacuum Hose – Running to the parts store and asking for vacuum hose generally leads to a purchase of the wrong thing. Hose is not just hose. There are differences between vacuum hose and fuel hose even if they are very close in size. Vacuum Hose is designed to avoid collapsing shut under vacuum pulling conditions. Fuel hose operates exactly opposite resisting expansion. The use of the wrong hose on your brake system could result in reduction of necessary vacuum resulting in poor performance of your brake system. Sold by the foot, our brake hose is DOT approved and constructed from brake fluid resistant EPDM rubber.
